The writers of this blog are all staff members at The Commons Inn , a small inn set in the Halifax Commons area.

We are constantly amazed to learn from our guests about exciting events happening in The Commons area that , that as mere residents of the area, had somehow escaped our notice.

For over 250 years, The Commons has been the central heart of Halifax, our very own "Central Park".
